Are the items authentic?

Yes! All products sold on CopTheSauce are brand new and 100% authentic.

Some sneakers do come from our reseller partners network. Which means your items are dispatched to our premises for verification and authenticity check to ensure that your items are 100% authentic before your receive them via tracked and sign for delivery. 

This normally includes extra handling time especially during busy periods. Please allow 7 working days for your sneakers before contacting us. all things considered, most sneakers do show up sooner.

Are the items new?

Yes! We only deal with new items, we make sure to not only check for its authenticity but also check that all items are unworn and brand new before sending it.

Change your mind?

We do accept returns as long as it is reported within 14 days of receiving items and is in the same brand new condition. Exclusion apply to Source it service. More details here Returns T&C 

How does Yeezy fits?

The Yeezy model have a smaller fit. we recommend to take a ½ size larger than your usual size.

Shipping and delivery time?

All orders place on www.copthesauce.com is processed within 2-7 working days. We shipped out orders between Monday-Friday. Shipping time on average is 1-3 days within the UK and the rest of the world is 3-10 working days depending on the location. All things considered, most sneakers do show up sooner.
